With over 60 years of combined construction experience, L&M was established in 1997 by Joseph Ledesma and Kris Meyer. In working together, the two found that they shared the same entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to providing quality service to their Clients. This professionalism and dedication form the strong foundation the company is built upon today.
L&M has continued to support the original vision of providing outstanding service to their Clients by hiring skilled employees that take much pride and devotion in their craft. With well over three billion dollars of construction completed since its inception, L&M has continued to maintain a strong foothold in the construction management industry and will for many years to come.
