This performing arts center with seating for over 450 people was extremely complex. It involved the phased demolition of all of the existing buildings, replacement of all underground utility infrastructures, and construction of an all-new state-of-the-art comprehensive 2,000+ student high school while safely navigating the entire construction process within an existing fully occupied, fully functioning, and spatially impacted 40-acre campus.
