New middle school on a 20-acre site using the CM multi-prime delivery method. Construction consisted of seven buildings inclusive of an administration, library, kitchen, multipurpose building, five classroom buildings, science building, restroom/locker room, restroom building, and lunch shelter. The project had extensive commissioning requirements and successfully obtained a formal CHIPS certification.
