This project consisted of general alterations to all buildings throughout the campus as well as site work including infrastructure and foundation for new portables, site fencing, landscape, and hardscape. The general alterations included demolition, abatement, modern technology, and muraled wall corridors of surrounding college campuses. New work included structural steel, solo tubes, roofing, casework, HVAC systems, interior finishes, and a complete interior redesign of the layout of the building.
