L&M has developed a phenomenally successful relationship with the Antelope Valley Community College District over the past 8+ years, providing CM services for over 25 projects. Our firm was also instrumental in the development of the AVCCD’s Facilities Master Plan and the success of their $360 million dollar bond in 2016. Currently, L&M is working on multiple sizeable projects with the District and their Architects.
